Resources
I am always looking for new inspiration and good ideas – so I thought I would set up this Resources page where you can see what I would recommend and have used a lot.
Please note that some of these links are affiliate links, which means that I earn a small commission (without extra cost to you) if you buy anything using that link. These are all things that I have experience with and have used myself and can highly recommend, but please only spend money on something if you feel it gives YOU value.
Intuitive readings & Courses
Soul Realignment

A lot of people ask me how I can do what I do. This is where I learnt it! You can become a Soul Realignment Practitioner too if you want.
Empowered Soul

Andrea Hess is an amazing teacher. She specialises in helping highly conscious and spiritual entrepreneurs build their business. Andrea is my business coach and I have taken several of her courses. They are highly practical, straight forward and you always know EXACTLY what to do after each session or course lesson!
Books I highly recommend
Eastern Body Western Mind
Anodea Judith is, in my view, the no. 1 expert on chakras. This book focuses on the psychological aspects of the chakras and how by combining the mind and body we can balance our chakras.
Wheels of Life
As mentioned above, Anodea Judith is, in my view, the no. 1 expert on chakras! This book is an in-depth description of each chakra including simple exercises to balance your chakras.
The Wisdom of the Enneagram
This book continues to be my absolutely most favourite book on personal development! It gives an in-depth view of the nine different personality types, how the personality types vary during stress and when in balance, and how you can move towards freedom and aligning yourself to who you truly are. I have recommended this book to many!
